dalle-free.com provides a free, web-based AI image generation tool that allows users to create images from text descriptions ("prompts") using artificial intelligence technology. The Service is provided entirely free of charge with no account registration, login, or subscription required.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or continuity of service. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily interrupt access.

You are strictly prohibited from using dalle-free.com to generate any content that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, or falls into any of the categories listed below. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

• Content that is illegal under any applicable local, national, or international law
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind
• Any content involving minors in sexual, violent, or exploitative contexts — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities
• Content that depicts, glorifies, or promotes real-world violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Deepfakes or realistic images of real, identifiable individuals without their consent, particularly public figures in misleading contexts
• Content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual
• Images intended to spread misinformation, political propaganda, or disinformation
• Content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
• Images designed to facilitate fraud, scams, or other deceptive practices
• Content related to the development of weapons of mass destruction or dangerous materials

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, dalle-free.com grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and display images generated through the Service for both personal and commercial purposes.

You acknowledge that AI-generated images may be similar or identical to images generated by other users using similar prompts. We make no representations regarding the uniqueness or originality of any generated image. This license does not guarantee exclusivity.

The text prompts you submit remain your intellectual property. By submitting prompts, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of generating your requested image and for improving our content safety systems.

The dalle-free.com name, logo, website design, and all proprietary technology underlying the Service are owned exclusively by dalle-free.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

"DALL-E" is a registered trademark of OpenAI, L.P. dalle-free.com is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to OpenAI. Our use of similar technology does not constitute any affiliation with OpenAI.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

dalle-free.com does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated content.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DALLE-FREE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
